With this module, an organization can turn the Merlin WebMail into their own WebMail, complete with their own logo and color scheme. WebMail accounts can then be sold/donated/given away on their web site as promotional or offered items. This drives traffic to your web site as your users must come here to get to their webmail.

For example, you have the domain name boxersrule.com. From your web site (http://boxersrule.com), you can give away (or sell!) email accounts @boxersrule.com to your community who loves boxer dogs.

Even if you don't want to implement Merlin Affinity WebMail, you can still use this module to customize the 'look and feel' of your other Merlin applications.

Highlights include:

Promotions	In the backoffice, you can add promotional data to your webmail: Enter text or HTML code to be displayed in every webmail account home page. Enter your own "Tip of the day" for every day of the week. Displayed on every webmail account home page. Add signature text (and/or a graphic image) that will be appended to the end of every email account that is sent by your users.
Customizations	Customize the "look and feel" of all your Merlin applications. Colors will be used throughout the Merlin Application Suite. Identification - upload your company logo and name your WebMail application. Colors - use our color picker to select the color schemes for headers and text. Immediate display of how this will look in the WebMail and Backoffice. Fonts - select the fonts you wish to use. Background - create your own background look.
E-Mail Options	In the backoffice, you can restrict email options in order to maximize the benefit of affinity email: Disallow POP3 access, forcing members to use WebMail and therefore go through your website. Disallow email relaying to prevent spammers from using these accounts to send out spam mail. Disallow email forwarding to prevent users from simply using this as a forwarding account.
Link Scripts	Shows the link scripts you will need to plug into your website to register and login to your Web Mail. Easy cut and paste.
